Supposedly there
are 15 restaurants in the state of Colorado that have transformed or plan to
transform play areas into pot-smoking centers. Sure why not care about the health of the children;
just give them second hand smoke. McDonald's spokesman Khim Aday says he
"can confirm 100 percent that this is not true." “He said the false
story has circulated since 2015. The story said two Denver restaurants had
completed the conversion, while the other 13 were planning completion
renovations by the end of 2015. Legal recreational pot sales in Colorado began
in 2014.” Wouldn’t this have been wonderful for those who smoke and have the
munchies at the same time? Well make in 2030. When marijuana is not illegal and
everyone is doing it.

India's "Fake News" Rumor
http://www.wired.co.uk/article/malaysia-fake-news-law-uk-india-free-speech
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-43637744

Malaysia has passed a law criminalizing fake news, with a penalty of up to six years in jail. Yet no-one has defined what it is (Johnathan Head). Which means that anything that the Malaysian government says is fake news, is fake news. While deeply evaluating the article, it (basically) states that the Malaysian government is hiding so much information from the people of their country, which is sad. To my understanding, fake news has deliberately effected different countries economies, which is understandable to have a law against fake news. With the potential ability to imprison, bankrupt or put journalist out of business for publishing poorly defined misinformation, there is enormous scope for abuse, of which the worse case scenario would be outright government censorship, impinging on human rights and make people's lives worse (Priday).

True fabrication with the news
NBC nightly news former news anchor Mr. Brian William is a prime examples of fake news, fake life, fake everything. He made his story sound believable.. ∵∵∵∵∵.😁 This dude blamed so many people of being apart of fake news, tweeting fake tweets but failed to realize his job was based on lies. Guess telling lies didn't stop from getting hired with another station. "Mr. Williams has been drawing 9.3 million viewers a night, and his position seemed unassailable. Even as the stature of the nightly newscast faded in the face of real-time digital news, Mr. Williams was one of the most trusted names in America and commanded the respect accorded predecessors like Walter Cronkite, Tom Brokaw and Peter Jennings." Ha.. the most trusted person, guess most of America loves fake news.

Twitter rage over #fakenews
Twitter follow @RoflGandhi tweeted “All the top
ministers, MPs, MLAs, paid-unpaid karykartas copy pasted the same message. This
is possible on PMO's orders only, no single ministry could mobilize that much.
PM just tried to pull off a well-planned stunt on #FakeNews.” It’s funny how people take something and run
with it, especially from social media. A link attached shows everyone copying
and pasting the tweet. It’s different when you retweet a tweet but be for real
making it seem like you were the original of the tweet. I definitely don’t get
on twitter for one it’s confusing and two I would rather not see tweet every
second.
