How to spot a fake news ?

We are living in a technology-based society where we get most of our news on the Internet. Although research has shown that majority percentage of adults in America does not believe in the fake news on the sites when they see one, it is still crucial that we actually know how to spot a fake news to minimize the mislead. As IFLA organization suggests, we must consider the source, read the whole story, make sure the author is credible, and the date is relevant to the current event. etc. As they put it, "a lot of these viral claims aren’t “news” at all, but fiction, satire, and efforts to fool readers into thinking they’re for real."  [1 image, 1 quotation, 1 link, 101 words]
