Did Mike Pence Defend Rob Porter's Domestic Abuse with a Bible Verse?

“Fox News the FB Page” posted allegations of how Pence said a bible verse that defended Rob Porters domestic violence actions. “Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord", was supposedly said by Pence, to basically say that the woman who married Rob submitted themselves to their husband so anything that he does they agreed to it. However no statement was ever found on record that Pence was said, so this is another fake news story putting words into other peoples mouths.
