Every flu season there are claims that the pharmaceutical companies are hiding information from the public. The media is presenting the flu vaccine as “containing strains of the flu,” as well as other harsh ingredients such as mercury. The flu vaccine, in fact, does not contain live strains of the flu. Your body begins to create “antibodies to fight these strains.” Many people think that if they feel bad after the vaccine that they have contracted the flu. This is not true. The “feelings of sickness are a result of the side effects” of the vaccine.
