From the website lovethispic.com they stated that a new law was put into action as of January 30th 2018. This law informs that smoking while children are in the car is illegal and " violations fine up to $100," ( Mikkelson). Although smoking with children in the car can be very dangerous and is not advised there was never a law created that made it illegal. Many states have banned it but there wasn't talk of a law being made until this website published a fake article saying it was illegal. Proven by https://www.snopes.com/smoking-in-cars-with-children-illegal/ ,this law has not taken action and there is no fine against it as of now.
