Did a bridge collapse because of women?

A bridge recently collapsed in Florida. People believe that the construction company that was supposedly all women, were the ones guilty. An article went so far as to write "there are some things that women shouldn’t do. There are some things women can’t do. One of these is construction." However, the Munilla Construction Management, the company who built the bridge, is in fact not an all female organization. The board of directors are all male and the people who actually worked on the bridge were men and women, thus the claim that only females were in charge of the collapsed bridge is indeed false.
