Did Michelle Bachmann really say that Jesus Created Assault Rifles? 

The answer is no. This is a hoax and the congresswoman of Minnesota did not say this.
Allegedly, Bachmann said in "Fox and Friends" such a statement, and it seemed plausible for her to say something like this due to her constantly bringing her religious beliefs up in her 2011 presidential campaign.
Michelle Bachmann did not even appear on "Fox and Friends" in March or February 2018. No record of said appearance is present in the channel's webpage, IMDB, or social media in general.
This is one of those situations where someone's reputation can lead to situations like this. However this has come up, this is not a real quote from Michelle Bachmann.
