An article that is originally meant to point out the fake news of a subject instead did the opposite. The article states that "On 17 March 2018, Fox News published a news story reporting that a high school student in Ohio had been suspended for not joining his classmates and participating in a walkout protest over gun violence" which according to the Fox news article, that statement was found to be false. The high school student was not suspended for not joining the walkout but was rather suspended because he stayed in the classroom when told by school officials that they were to either attend the walkout or attend study hall. This high school student chose to stay in his classroom in the effort to protest his right to free speech and not being forced to choose between one political belief vs another.
