Aliens Do Exist

"ALIEN chasers are claiming this picture is proof extraterrestrials are visiting Earth." German Pereira, a civil engineer, is the one being credited for this amazing picture, and he could not believe his eyes either. Mr. Pereira "thought it would be interesting to photograph a group of Carabineros (state police) on horseback patrolling the" Parque Forest in Santiago, Chile.

Now, it's obviously very hard to believe him because of how blurry this picture is. But Mr. Pereira claims that the blurriness was due to the overcast conditions, his camera was set on a low speed, and an optical zoom of times ten.
