Does George W. Bush have the Lowest IQ in Presidential History

After a nickname was given to president hinting at him not being the smartest one of them all, news sources quickly took to the media making up stories about the “Lovenstein Institute of Scranton [conducting] a four-month study of President Bush's IQ levels and concluded he ranked at a solid 91 due to his lack of grasp over the English language”(cracked.com). also because of his limited vocabulary and his lack of achievements. However no part of this story was true, no college ever ran an IQ test on president Bush in his lifetime. This just goes to show how far the media will go.
