Rumors spread that Arizona had the lowest amount of drug users when a picture was released that out of 87,000 people only one person was caught for using drugs.  This was released with the figure that this cost $3,600,000 to find one person that all that were tested.  It was revealed that actually “that figure reflected the total number of people in the state who were receiving TANF benefits at the time.”  The information was true in one sense but they lied what it was actually about.  The information was spread and has caused many to accuse the government of wasting money.
