NPR released a study regarding the most recent presidential election stating that, “Over 25 million Hillary Clinton votes were completely fraudulent, meaning that the Democratic candidate actually lost the popular vote by a huge margin.” (NPR) These misplaced votes can be explained partly through a report released by the Pew Center found that that around 1.8 million dead people are still currently registered to vote, and also that 24 million registered voters are either invalid or inaccurate. Election officials also partly explain this misunderstanding by stating that when most to all Americans move they do not alert their local election offices. At the end of the day there was no hard evidence that the rumors were true.
