Arctic Disappearance

In a recent interview, President Trump declared that climate change is not real and the polar ice caps are currently setting records. This statement is not false, but it is misleading the president’s supporters. The ice caps are seeing records, but they are not the record highs that the president misled people to believe. This is just another example of corporate agendas to discredit science so they can revive the coal industry. There are too many people in the world that are willing to risk Earth’s future for capital gains in the present. The truth is, “the Arctic shattered heat records in the past year,” which also caused record ice loss. This loss of ice affects the many species that are reliant on ice as hunting grounds, or as a place to rest.
