Smoking in cars with minors is illegal?

In February 2018, a post circulated that said as of January 2018 smoking in cars with minors is illegal. It also said that if someone were caught smoking with a minor in the car, you would get "fines up to $100." (LoveThisPic). This information is false, there is no law stating that it is illegal to smoke in a car with a minor in it. However I think ti should be illegal because the child can still be affected from the smoke via second hand smoking. Second hand smoking would mean that the child can feel the affects of the cigarette which can affect their brain. Nicotine is not good for anyone, especially children.
